What is your return policy for skincare and cosmetics?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most unopened and unused products. For hygiene reasons, opened makeup and skincare items cannot be returned unless there is a documented allergic reaction or product defect.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within Canada. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our distribution center.
Are Caryl Baker Visage products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are committed to ethical beauty. Caryl Baker Visage does not test our finished products or ingredients on animals.
Can I book a facial or brow service online?
Absolutely. You can use our online booking portal to schedule appointments for facials, waxings, brow tinting, and ear piercing at any of our Face Spa locations.
What should I do if I have a reaction to a product?
If you experience any sensitivity, discontinue use immediately. Please contact our customer service team or visit a boutique with your receipt so we can assist you with a return or suggest a hypoallergenic alternative.
